well as you may have read a minute ago my horse just had a baby a few hours ago.. the baby is sucking and sucking but no milk is coming out.. im gettin really scared.. even the guy who helps us with our horses said he couldnt get any milk out.. anyone know about horses???

ok she has no milk, you will have to bottle feed the colt, and call the vet now.....

you will for at least 4 to 6 months or until it starts to eat on its own we raise registered quarter horses

don't forget the mare sometimes has a waxy buid up in the nipples. Make sure they are clear first
|
