White silk lined coffin
Dark hair framing her forever still face Pale beyond compare Rose red lips never to kiss Cold blue eyes trapped forever in a stare She will never know true loves bliss Make up and hair artfully arranged Covering and hiding the damage done by his raised fist Mother and father weeping uncontrollably Continuously asking why Why did she have to die They begged her to leave To come back home She had a choice they whisper I stand in the back Hearing their pleas Holding back my own grief They will never know The fear and control He held over her And now she's free Sadly death was the key That unlocked her prison of doubt White roses all around the room The scent covering the sickening sweet odor of the decaying Music playing softly A requiem for the living |

It is so sad to know that is the only way out of
the hell for some. |
