Dude, read Fast Food Nation, one of the best books I have ever read. I am glad we don't have a Sonic, Denny's, or whatever chain up here. We got a Olive Garden up here about a year ago.
You would have thought it was 300 factory jobs paying $20 bucks an hour with a benefit package. LOL |

I know fast food is an issue, but I've heard Sonic is better then the others. Probably all propaganda though I suppose.

A Sonic? Freaking sweet! Where is it at?
It's in southgate.

I just heard about someone that went there and there was like a 3 hour wait. Really ridiculous.
That says a lot about the popularity if the wait is that long.

Growing up in the south, we had a Sonic on every corner.... And I spend many years in the town of the very first Sonic...even tho I dont eat much of the food there...they had the best Cherry Limeades ever!

I agree, they were good.
Red Hots or Red Lion would be great if someone would bring them back (or somewhere can go for just a cup of coffee and slice of pie like Fables which I miss) a good hot dog place would be cool also (no more pizza, especially in Lowell since have a Jets,Pizza Hut,B.C.s,and a couple other places) |

As for just a hot dog...I really wouldn't know about that one....lol |

Still can't beat The Corner Bar in downtown Rockford for hot dogs, they rock!
