The "skinny" people who treat you like "crap" are only projecting their own fears of being "fat" onto you....remember Jewel's "Pieces Of You?" Their projections are not about you, even if directed at you. Their projections are about THEMSELVES. Love yourself and their projections won't mean "crap" because you will be clear about there source

I used to be close to 350lbs..lost a bit of weight and still am the same inside..Was suicidal(not due to weight) but finally had to realize...love yourself..the rest will follow.

how beautiful you are is in your eyes, not others. That's a common misconception. If you believe you are beautiful, and love yourself, and act as such, others will think the same of you.
I'm a big girl, have been my whole life too. I have made many changes in my life and there is a lot less of me now then there used to be  however, I still love me and I think I am as hot as anyone else

Never hold your head down. You are somebody and no matter what you have the same emotions and feelings as anyone else and you are entitled to be happy..but it all starts with YOU. Anyone who puts you down is unhappy with something about themselves and will never be happy til they figure it out. |
