Most pushup's I ever do in a day is 600 (50 per hour for 12 hours) Screw trying 10,000 impossible for me.

I got to still do mine...usualll 1 hr hoop dance or 45 min treadmill.

Im try to go for a jog today... have to be able to run 1.5miles in 15.57mins... its crap

Yeah couldn't do it even if I wanted to. I might be able to do 1200, 50 every 30 mins but that's probably the best I could do.

I never run... how in the hell am I going to be able to run 1.5miles... Im starting slow by just walking it..till I can walk it without losing my breath.... god this is gonna take a long time

I did my 5 mile jog yesterday. Today is my light lifting day (light weight a lot of reps).
