No but I did eat a healty sub and then followed it by chocolate truffles... Then I slept off a horrible sugar high...I my major things is geting my eating habits back into control I got out of wack by a horrible 2 weeks of constant finals Something about finals makes do bad bad things to my body lol

i used too go to gym.....i was sleeping in today and being lazy but i have an month off of school so iam going too jog run my goal is too lose tne pounds this month eat healthy and everything i did it before i lost 20 but gained back wasnt helathy diet this time going too be helathy

I'm still sweating from lifting that beer bottle to my awaiting maw.

I did 30 min cardio 30min wieghts and an hour of yoga

a good 45 min walk, (power walk), then worked with weights. i do that bout 4 days a week
|

oh and i bike ride alot

i've walked some my do some more in a bit .Having some terrible shoulder pain so have to do some isometric exercise before bed...

Was going to the gym on a regular schedule 3-4 times a wk but have a bad hip and leg right now.. Just getting settled in a new apartment...

Lifted a fork to and from my mouth a few times... Typed incessantly... Do those count? |

I did and it took no effort to sweat............since it like 105 in cali right now.............
