this diet doesn't sound healthy to me.there are so many others but this one sounds like the worst one to me I was thinking of trying the slim shots diet but i've losted the weight on my own already

Has anyone used this diet or heard more about it? Every other day is one of fasting. It supposedly also helps with the longevity of life. They say the days without food can be tough. |

thats no good for your body, because on the days you dont eat your body goes into starvation mode and when you eat, it stores every last bit as fat because you body thinks it will be getting starved again. how about this one? eat healthy and normal and work out, it may be foriegn to people but it works This is true. Just eat better and know when to stop |

Just eat better and know when to stop i think i got something right lol i was 350lbs two years ago, now im at 185 with a pretty solid 8 pack (maybe its from training 8 hours a day but i think eating good helps too! lol |
