a) jack, provolone, hot pepper cheese or muenster (if you prefer less spicy), and cheddar ( freshly shredded) and add to it cream and melt it in a large pot all at once and toss in cold deveined shrimp and add a tad of paprika and a little parsely. Now throw in butter lots of it and toss in noodles. Serve with garlic bread with a with a your gonna like this with a smidgen of brown sugar! And dip it in the macoroni/shrimp/special cheese mix!!!
