better than yesterday. i was dizzy and sick to my stomach, ended up going to the doc and they thought i had a viral infection.. whos knows, but im feeling better today so far.. but im going to stay off the computer a little more than i had been, as the nite before i was on for 16hours, well that may explain why i got dizzy.. not sure

I pinched something in my lower back yesterday. I am bed ridden and have to work in 6 hours. Today is a day I could use a massage. OK, sorry for complaining. I am done now How are you today?
