My father is an antique dealer/appraiser. Close as I am to it, oh wait I do collect cat figurines and baseball cards. |

I collect musical instruments (electric/acoustic guitars, bass guitars, amplifiers). I don't collect them because they're rare or super-expensive (though some of them have ended up being that way)- I collect them because they had something about them that just "spoke" to me.
Either they played great, sounded great, or felt great when played on my lap. What can I say? I'm a hobbyist musician- I don't get 'em for the money, I get them because because of the sound.
