I work very hard and I evidently am the biggest fool at work. I got passed over for another promotion today. Even though I get a lot of awards and great evals. I'm starting to think its not how hard you bust your +ss , it how good you kiss someone else's. Sorry about the rant. I'm still angry. I would rather have someone that works hard than a lazy person.

I dont think so but its better if you just use your brain than use your brawn since really that will go with time but your mind will always be around..........
