I like swimming too! Good exercise and beautiful surroundings. It feels fun to be weightless. Riding is fun. I live right next door to over 20 miles of dirt trails made just for bikes only. Outside on the street I see teams of professional cyclists riding by all the time. They love the street I'm on and use it to train. Hi Jeff... wow, that sounds wonderful i ride in the city most of the time.... can i go riding on your awesome trails down south with you sometime??? that sounds like just what i need ... trails with no cars and no pedestrians ..... ohhh....heaven

I love the song by the Flobots "I can ride my bike with no handlebars, no handlebars, no handlebars." Yup, excellent song. There are a bunch of different versions but the latest one is the best IMO. I've only heard one version......other versions sweet .....

I LOVE it too! I think I will stick the bike rack on my car, throw the bike on it and head to the park/greenway trail in a little while and go for a ride! Maybe my pale self will get tan too! Woo hoo :) ~Holly Sarah~

G'morn.sweetheart.I my mountain bike.Woo-Hoo!And w/the fuel prices being what they are,I just may be riding it a whole lot more.Woo-Hoo!beep-beep!look out Rapunzel,here comes Cy~~~~~~~ Morning Darling CY Poet yes, it is so wise to ride and i keep seeing every body so worried about gasoline... it is an inconvenience at times, but ...i don't even own a car... it's toooo expensive for me ... and with living in the city too many cars get broken into , so i don't need the headache but the tradeoff is incomparable i see many extremely unhealthy people who never exercise and only ride around in cars buses & taxis... they never walk anywhere, swim or bicycle i ride wherever i can .... i put in 10 -20 miles daily usually , and i have children in their 30's

I think bike riding is a lot of fun/I'm even considering buying a new bike this summer and just using that for everything but grocery shopping and dates because god knows you never make your date ride on your handlebars No you let her sit in the basket..... not me!!!! I'll ride my own bike,, thank you ....
