[quote[WASHINGTON - Apart from George McGovern, a plainspoken man who knows something about losing elections, not a single Democrat of national stature publicly urged Hillary Rodham Clinton on Wednesday to end her campaign for the White House.
The rest of hte article may be read at his link: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080507/ap_on_el_pr/democrats_speaking_softly but I think it safe to say there will not be a woman president this election. |

She ain't quittin anytime soon
And thats a shame too, as she would do a lot better for the office, by simply stepping aside when she knows she isnt going to win, and helping Obama to get elected.

She is divifding the party
She is divifding the party exactly. It is as if she has the attitude of "If I cant have it (the presidency) then no democrat will" |

My gosh, what is it going to take for the Hill and Bill to step back and face reality. Hill's ride is over! Thank God |

I have no problem with a women president but not her, shes quiet frankly just overpushy and I dont like her views, OBAMA FOR THE WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm from Chicago and we have our share of self absorved politicians who love throwing others under the bus so I don't need one in the White House

Sorry to say "No one wants to hear her anymore" Step back and let Barack do our thing.... for all the people. Clean house OUR thing? I don't think so. Maybe yours but I want less government in my life. Less taxes. Victory over our enemies who are the practitioners of radical Islam. The governments hands OFF our free market economy especially in the health care arena. I want to be energy independent which means pursuing nuclear development and drilling on our own soil for oil. I also want to control our borders and deal with illegal immigrants as what they are. ILLEGAL immigrants. I want a president who understands that it's not the lack of government intervention that is wrong with our economy but the opposite. Will Barack champion those ideals? I don't think so. I'm afraid that none of our current crop of presidential choices will champion all of these. I will vote for whoever hits on the highest percentage of them though. |

Mich and Fla, two states whos delegates were not counted. Im not sure about Mich, but believe Hillary would win in Fla where the average age of voters is in her favor!
Florida has 211 delegates and Mich has 157. I think she thinks she can muster the party to allow them to be counted some how. Plus there are 217 delegates left in the final 6 primaries. Noone can win out right without the super-delegates coming into play. She is a little dillussional, but like they say, "it aint over till the fat lady sings!" |
I wouldn't call her fat..Maybe a little thick or "chunky" and I certainly don't want to hear her sing! yikes!! Her speaking voice is shrill enough.

I dont think hilarys policys r extremeley different from obamas' but she seems to be of the mind that shes entitled to the presidency, which is rather disconcerting
