Raised
A declaration of Democracy
Held

The torch purposing a toast
A teetering bum salutes
Then hiccups
Raising an old stainless steal flask

Some tourists run
Some walk
Others snap pictures using camera phones

What was she thinking wearing that dress?
One tourist shouts

Another tourist blurts out
To-ga! To-ga! To-ga!

Whoo-hooo! Take it off baby!
says the teetering bums staggering friend
