To get daves blur to do 220 I had to #1: put a set of titanium nitride coated titanium molybednium sprockets on to change the gearing- smaller rear, bigger front. Thousand bucks including the DID gold chain and chain breaker tool. Then we found the custom flowed racing exhaust not street legal. That was 2000 bucks. Then a map kit and module for racing for the engine was a thousand bucks. Then the fun part. Taking a brand new motorcycle apart and putting goodies in it. Tighter cam and titanium nitride coated valves, and gold guides and springs. That was 1500 bucks. Then boring out the barrels on the fuel injection system and porting and polishing the fuel injection ports. The hitmen charged him like 500 bucks for the work they did. The rest we gruellingly did. Put it back together. Purrs like a kitten, screams like a banshee. The blur.

Daves bike is the same one in thumpers picture. Dave put a suzuki blue and white vinyl stripe kit on it. Then he put marchesini black carbon fiber wheels on it at 4000 dollars a set. I shouldn't say this but he took a vaccuum actuator valve out of a chevy heater switch and we hooked it up to a vaccuum port on his fuel injection. He run a spring and fold hinge on his license plate. So now he's got james bond license plate. When he's not moving you can see it. When he twists the throttle voila!! The license plate folds and dissapears! Convenient when being chased by law enforcement. Ha ha ha.
