Maybe I should have taken that nap today.... ![]() compensation would be everything for the employees, health benefits, 401k matching, pension, stock options, salary, bonuses and bonus packages for excecutive, incentives, etc. |

most organizations have levels of compensation and benefits dependent upon your position and level... depending on how large the company is that would be your deciding factor on how far to drill down and build up and out... I would keep it basic.. exec, exec managment, first line, seconde line (or not)and the tier 4 employees..
