Ladies when it comes to mouth wash. Do you spit, or swallow...
You're supposed to spit out mouthwash, as some brands are made with wood alcohol, which can massively screw up your liver (think pets drinking antifreeze- it's THAT bad). Even some of the newer non-alcoholic mouthwashes aren't things to swallow, as they can do the same amount of damage to your innards. |
