Could somebody please tell me how to block somebody that is not on my contact list? I have deleted and blocked this person before and he created a new account! I just want o get rid of him.

I have had that problem too! Yahoo IM has an "ignore list" all you can do is add his ID there!

put urself on permanent invisable to them thats is one way... or contact yahoo and report him.

put the person on permanent invisable before u deleted them off your list otherwise u'll still be on there list and they'll see when u r on

i had a guy that email me as well and i block his email and his im so he cant contact me.. but sometime some how they find a way to get in... that has happen a number of times with me

i forgot tom tell you before you do this delete him out of your contact list or it wont work

In the Yahoo preferences, you'll see a privacy tab. Then go to ignore list and add the Yahoo ID there and done. Been there - done that. Works.

Thanks everybody for your help. Nothing I can really do until he messages me again. Cause as I said I deleted with out blocking.
