okay,I ate 2 squares of dark cohcolate for snacks.
sometimes I ate 2 flour tortillas,beans,rice,and skinless chiken {the skin is high in fat}! but,for 2 months;I drank 1 Slim fast a day. {wich stops hunger for 4 hours} basically,I lessened what I ate. I am a lover of chocolate! but,I learned 'dark chocolate' is healthier cause it has less fat...really! so,eat what you like...just don't over do it.... and exersice {lightly}. It worked! I'll put my new pics up Monday... |

It's amazing to me that so many people have an issue with this. You are what you eat. If you want to lose pounds....eat less. It's common sense. Worked for me. Good luck to all.

Actually, dark chocolate is healthier because it has fiber in it. One serving of solid dark chocolate candy has 3 grams of fiber.
