The people of Hospice are truely angels here
on earth...

I have lived this beauty with my husband.
I remember him raising up out of bed,
a time he was close and could not move.
He raised his arms and beckoned,
laid back down and was different
from that point on.
He was not..here, though he relinquished
finally when I left to sleep after days of not.
I remember my grandson jabbering
and raising his arms to the ceiling,
pointing and speaking what we could not understand.
I remember and I do not wish to...mostly
