 This day started out amazingly well, only getting better and better, yet all of a sudden took a steep dive down in to a Sh*t hole!

long story short...
took car in Tuesday for oil change....
three hours later of waiting... they give me a loaner- free... car to be done next day.... parts didn't go to right place weds... car to be done by noon today... 330 get call it will be done at 530-6... get there little after 6... PLACE IS CLOSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED i love my car it is my baby... i do not want to be charged with this loaner...
oh and my heart is confused
