“This Journey You Walk”

As we walk this journey alone.
Here on this path of stone.
Do we really know what were looking for?
Am I ready for what could be in store?
Do we really know?
How life will begin to flow.
Will it be what we thought we were looking for?
Or will I turn and walk out the door?
Could it be that no matter what?
We will be hit by heartache deep down in our gut.
Are we destined to push and shove?
And will never find that special love.
At times we sit back and wonder why.
All this time we actually try.
For what at times is it for?
Just for a heartache once more.
You know, even though we do not know for sure.
We will walk this path and endure.
As we look for the one.
Until then we will walk alone.
As we keep looking & searching until we finally see.
That one out there just for you or me.
You see sooner or later that day will come.
When you find that special one you will succumb.
Then you will finally see.
How life can truly be.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Craig thank you from the bottom of my heart. Yes I do remember those days so very well.

And I try each day to encourge more to keep writing for your words and a few others stay with me every day. If it was not for you and a few others here I would have never posted my words upon these pages.
