Topic: Paying it forward | |

I have a few but this one I always deny. A couple miles from me there is an elderly women who lives next to some friends. She always push mowes her yard, about a half acre. Talking to her one day she said her riding mower broke last summer and couldnt afford to get another one. So the next day i picked up a used one and droped it off in her driveway with a bow on it. Didnt cost much but she looks happier cutting her grass these days. That was beautiful |

I try to pay it forward daily with my profession in Human Resources. My employees constantly struggle with insurance information and claims that are not resolved as agreed....so I get on the phone and rattle some cages to make things just a little bit better for them. Seeing them satisfied always makes my day and provides the instant gratification that makes it all worth while
