I am suppose to be celebrating my 12 yr wedding anniversary today, except that we decided to finally end the marriage more than a year ago. I know that i need to move on, and i am trying, its just that when this day comes, i can't help but feel really lonely....

it is hard but remember the good times and go out and do something for you..i have the same on my mums birthday, on the date she died every year we all meet up as a family..go up to the tops(countryside) have a nice meal and chat about all the good times, feel like shes smiling down on us

Maybe it could make you feel better if you write down the reasons WHY you are glad you are not together. The things he did that just really pissed you off. I did that once and it made me feel better. I know the lonely feeling though, Im feeling it now.

A true friend will be there thru it all...if you get in trouble he/she will be right there with you....just enjoy life and all it has to offer...friends makes life a better place to live...
