Any advice on keeping long hair neat and frizz free? Using cold water after you wash your hair ...closes the cuticle...Aussie is awesome for curly hair..But it tends to build up on the hair and scalp(the styling products do especially the hairspray)...once every two weeks..mix a little baking soda with your shampoo and leave on for 5 minutes...then you can condition...and rinse as usual... Curly hair is more fragile than straight hair and takes more care....the cuticle of the hair is flat which is why it looks frizzy.... I have the same problem... You ask your stylist to clarify your scalp... They leave it on for like 15 mins the shampoo i mean it cleans your scalp... I use alot of mousse also and it clogs your hair follicles .. which in-turn causes your hair to fall out.... or take pre-natal vitamins... that takes awhile to work but it does also... Im putting my foot in my mouth here...but dont pay a stylist to use clarifying shampoo on your head....buy some and do it at home or mix some baking soda with your shampoo every couple of weeks...it will cleanse impurities from hair and scalp... or try a final rinse with apple cider vinegar...... |
