you have to look deep inside yourself do you want the anger to live inside you just my thoughts See thats my point. I have no anger inside of me, but I feel its a curse because I live with frustration because others should forgive and can't. So I say @uck em and forgive em. But not forgiving doesn't hurt the person that wronged you...it only builds up in you. They usually don't care enough to be affected by it. But, you can't let the same people continuously hurt you. You have to distance yourself from people that knowingly continue to hurt you.
