Maybe its this site or something...but though..most you guys are awesome in the forums...but I need to go out or do something different..maybe another country or something because I don;t get the anti-social attitude people have...soo cold/numb/fake/dettached 
I know what you're saying -- I gave up on meeting anyone here ages ago -- nobody local uses the forums or will answer e-mail -- everyone near me is either illiterate or abominably pretentious -- so it's better for me to just have fun here and commiserate with my friends who all live so very far away -- but as for meeting people in person, I've turned to other methods -- the kind of person I'm looking for just doesn't use dating sites, apparently.... |

Berryboo, no need to edit yourself. A valid concern.
Not all are dumb/cold/detached/flake. And not everyone is looking for the "perfect" or fabled person. It's your choice - either enjoy the ride, and find friends along the way, or get discouraged and disillusioned. I hope you'll enjoy the ride.
