If you can do go back to bed for an hour or so, your body knows! You'll be happier, unless your depressed, then there could be something more to it. But a short nap, does a body good.

It is lightning hard and running a bunch. If I had any sense I would get off the computer. Maybe you should go back to bed and try getting out of the other side.

It is awfully cloudy and misty here, but I do not have time to go back to bed, though I wish I could! I will get better. That is why I started this thread----TO VENT!  (We need a "smiley" that says SCREAM!

Good morning!! Last night was a true nightmare(not the date). My mother decided that there was a young girl in the house. If she was in my room once, she was in here 25 times. Dad comes home from the nursing home tomorrow and we have to get the house ready for him and she is up all night looking for her lost girl. She can't stay down for longer than ten minutes. I do not know how she is functioning, due to her sleeplessness, but true to form, she is in my room AGAIN! I cannot talk to any of my siblings, as they just do not understand her craziness. Living with her and visiting with her are two TOTALLY different things!!!!
