Why do men get freaked out if a woman puts down "wants a relationship"? We all know that before the relationship the friendship is first!

I put friendship on my heading because that is what I am looking for, friendship first. If you put relationship first, then it is assumed you want a relationship. This site is pretty good, it removes the mind games from the titles, if you want friends first change your profile. Anything that builds from your friendship is a good.

So far, I've only had one man chide me over wanting a relationship, but, frankly, he's just a bitter dude. Says I'm lucky if I get a meal & sex. Of the other fellows, they are evidently looking for a relationship, too, as none have run screaming!!

I went on one date a few years ago with a woman and she wouldnt leave me alone on my alpha numeric pager, wanted me to move in that weekend, buy me a new car, buy me a new wardrope, etc. Women who latch like that are scary, scary, scary. I guess only women are allowed to complain about "stalker" types, and weirdo's huh. Ever since my prenup thread you have been ignorant to me. Why do you ever bother quoting me, all you ever do is get pissy about what I have to say.

Friendship is Good.... Relationship is fine.... Even committment I can handle..... Just dont need a piece of paper to prove it!! JMO

Maybe i'm weird 9insert canned laughter here) but once a guy goes into the "friendship" file....he doesn't come back out. Yes, I want to be friends with someone before we date. However it's a different kind of friend all together. I catergorize. Strictly frind...these people who can say or do anything to me, and they never need to apologize. friend with potential- I'm interested in more, but haven't gotten that far yet. Still up for debate as to where they fit in my life. Friend with benefit- self explanitory Relationship- monogomous.
