and it didnt work. I work graveyard shift so even if I have the night off, I cant sleep. Any insomniacs out there?

Working graveyard has its advantages and disavangates. You dont have much of a "nightlife". But you can spend more time with family. Sleeping during the day takes awhile getting used to.

I work 7 a.m til..around 11p.m...
on call 11p-7-a... so 24/7 everyday.. Did have a few hours off since Feb28... thank god.. I went to the beach....

I've never had any problem going to sleep whenever I want if tired.
But a hot bath and warm tea,,,,will do it for alot of people. |
