i fell off a bike 27 yrs ago and hurt it.. but it wasn't until i started
going to the gym and working out that it started causing me all sorts of problems. then when i tried pilates.. that did it in. i start pt on monday |

eewww!! I had a calcum deposit on mine from a bad wreck when i rode on
a bare back team & didnt let it heal. I couldn't lift the kids on the ponies i could get so high & it would catch I would almost drop the kids. I started doin mineral ice then work it & rud it. |
