your friend in Florida has a 'mini dvd' tape and you want to burn it onto a dvd? I have the mini dv tape and want it burned onto a dvd disk. I used his camcorder when I was in FL. to record my friend performing.. but he wasn't available at the time to burn it for me.. and I want it done.. I've had it since Feb. and I want to watch it

I would think if you were able to download his camcorder program onto your computer, you should be able to do it yourself.
My camcorder came w/program, I can view on my computer, and transfer files to dvd without hassles. Just drag and drop
