Good morning Arcade,how ya doing?

Here it is in a nutshell.

We started the spring/summer menus as of Sunday, since I am fairly new to the cooks position in the kitchen, I have to learn all these new recipes (well that is no big deal, I can handle that). But my prep cook who worked the night before didn't mix together enough egg salad, so I had to make more but there still wasn't enough!!!!

My prep cook also was suppose to take turkey lunch meat out of the freezer to thaw for those that couldn't have the eggs salad. So I had to thaw that out, again there wasn't enough!!!

I scrambled like a mad woman to find things for the residents to eat last night. It was crazy!!!!!

Sounds to me like you had every reason to be pissed,I have worked with a few like that,and theres nothing that pisses you off more than anything is to go to work and the prep person not have your stuff ready. bless your heart hope you have a better one today.
