a follow up on the "artist"

An "artist" from Costa Rica - Guillermo Habacuc Vargas - as an installation piece took a dog from the street and caused it to suffer and starve to death in the name of Art.
He was later on invite to repeat his cruel act in 2008.
Art according to human standards should be something thats inspiring , not something that degrades the human nature further below the depths in which we are residing in this day and age ...
I sincerely ask you all to sign this petition so that the so called "artist" can be stopped from repeating his work of "art"

ive read this before.its digusting the guy should be starved see if he likes it
