watched paint pell and grass grow.......oh and I worked on my xxx shop. Not brick and mortar, on the web

Took sister to doctor and mowed and cleaned yard

Lets see:
The alarm went off...I hit snooze...it went off again I hit it again. Then I finally got up. Went and brushed my teeth....I turned on the shower and took a whiz. While I was whizing I looked out the window at my dog. I got in the shower. Wash rinse repeat. wash rinse repeat...I thought I'm not falling for that one again...so I grabbed the soap and lathered up. Then rinsed...Toweled off. Admired my body by flexing a few times then got dressed... Next I went in the kitchen and had a bowl of fruit loops...fixed some coffee...grabbed my brwork stuff and opened my garage door. Then I opened my truck door and got in. Started it up and zoom off I went. Got stuck in traffic on I-44. Man this was harder than I thought...Its amazing what you do if you try to tell someone

Went to the doctor....Had to schedule some tests for next week.

Had to have some blood work done and an ekg.

Came home and spent some time with my great nieces and great nephew watching tv.


Got online and came in here on JSH......been here for awhile.

About to sign off and crash.
