I'm listening to a Trinity Broadcasting Network concert on the TV as I type this. They just did a ROCKIN' version of the Messiah with a great violin accompaniment. There's been choral music, quartet music, all kinds of great music. Give it a listen if you get a chance. You won't be sorry!
