Some of us here exhibit at least one of these characteristics. Sometimes a combination of all of them, in everything they post.

Full of self pity.
Attention seeking behavior.
Egocentric.
Clearly honesty challenged.
Self destructive.
Overly sensitive while being particularly insensitive toward others.

The list goes on.

If this were in real life, and we were all standing in a big room... They would be the ones walking around from group to group. Interjecting themselves into ongoing conversations. Without making any effort to find out what the conversation is about... The goal being, making it all about them... Not listening to feedback, but relishing the attention.
They soon start making rude comments to the opposite sex. Possibly coping a feel at times. Then slide into self pity statements about being ignored and lonely...

When all that fails to get the rooms attention... They jump up on a table yelling and cussing at the top of their voice.. as we try to calm them down... Some of us laughing.. some of us ignoring.. A few threatening to throw them out on their head.

Soon it all degrades to them going on stage and stealing the mic from the band.. holding a butter knife to their throat. Finally the police come and they spend the next few days in observation.

We all can get that way at times to some degree. I know if I do... I would prefer it if a friend took the time to draw a hard line with me, should I not snap out of it on my own.
