Unless it involves some disturbing criminal activities, It's gotta be about personal choice and... hopefully... the presence of mind to think about consequences and responsibility.
A set age limit doesn't really work, A( Because that's not going to deter horny teenagers and it might make the rebellious ones work at it a little harder. B( People mature at different rates and females, I could get my Man Card revoked for this, tend to mature faster mentally than the males do. It's probably related to the difference in the hormones, but I ain't no Dr.! |
