Would you like to live in an old house with character and history or a brand spanking new one?

Old house, I just renovated a 1930's bungalow and it's awesome!

New, but some of the old style homes are really nice & lots of maintenance

I'd love to live in an old warehouse which has been converted into a loft.
Mmmm...high ceilings, hardwood floors, open floor plan, enough room that I could ride a bike around in it, lots of windows, mid-century modern decor...........smokin

My house was built in 1922. It's got solid plaster walls, wood beamed ceilings, wood floors, etc. Can't find that kind of quality these days. On the other hand.....the plumbing & electricity need lots of work, but I wouldn't trade it for new.
