Would you like to live in an old house with character and history or a brand spanking new one?

Old house, I just renovated a 1930's bungalow and it's awesome!

New, but some of the old style homes are really nice & lots of maintenance

I'd love to live in an old warehouse which has been converted into a loft.
Mmmm...high ceilings, hardwood floors, open floor plan, enough room that I could ride a bike around in it, lots of windows, mid-century modern decor........... |

My house was built in 1922. It's got solid plaster walls, wood beamed ceilings, wood floors, etc. Can't find that kind of quality these days. On the other hand.....the plumbing & electricity need lots of work, but I wouldn't trade it for new.
