As I sat under Oak tree.
I sat and watched nature
And this question kept buggin’ me.

Why ARE squirrels fat?

I watched them scurrying,
Running busily all around.
Chattering, jumping limb to limb,
Scampering on the ground.

They get exercise, so why ARE squirrels fat?

Finally, I got real close to one
Me and a squirrel nose to nose.
Telepathically, he ‘splained to me
We CANNOT TOUCH OUR TOES.

Well ya needn't SHOUT!
And that ‘splained that.
No longer did I wonder,
“Why ARE squirrels soooo fat………….

those bleepin squirrels.... cant trust em.... this telepathic stuff they do freaks me out.
