Wandering the night, afraid to sleep, for with sleep comes dreams, where the winding paths of could have been cross the paths of may be someday, confusingly blending in the faint moonlight as the waves crash on a distant shore. I hear them far away, and yet I find their whispers soothing. The trees embrace me as I meander along aimlessly...their leaves brush my arms...and the breaze runs through my hair as though to confort...and I find that in this moment out of time...through the confusion, comes a peace...a joy...an acceptance...things are how they are..who am I to ask why or fight the paths that guide me?
