my wrists are very swollen today,
they usually always are...
but today...
exceptionally so,
after caring for my Grandchildren
and other stuff recently and progressively

so I cannot type much
and i need to go out pay some bills
and get some exercise on my mountain bike ...

and we can chat on the phone and
email each other from time to time ...
