Topic: Ever meet someone famous?

... nope. But I know where one of John Travolta's houses is! Sorta... sigh not many famous people come to Maine, unless they're barking mad. Or extremely "outdoorsey" meaning they buy a huge log cabin with all the luxuries, and call it roughing it. The Bush's have a place in Kinnebunkport! (I am being VERY sarcastic here)!!

Spent 30 minutes talking to Jennie Garth, but had no idea who she was (at the time). who is she? She WAS on "Beverly Hills 90210". And then resurfaced on "Dancing With The Stars" last year. Sat next to her on a flight out to California like 6 years ago. My aunt actually recognized her when I got to LAX...lol

My friend and I went to the LA premier of Borat at the Chinese theatre. Saw a bunch of people, but I walked into Brooke Shields by accident and got to apologize, then took a leak in the bathroom next to Andy D*ck after the show -- there were partitions.

Oh yeah, the westler "Van Hammer" lives near my home town, used to work on the pet of the week show with him. His real name is Mark. 1st time he called to ask about volenteering, I answered the phone & I think he was crushed that I had never heard of him! He said "you don't watch wrestleing do you"? (duh NOOOOOO0) So I got the director & he went through the same thing with her! Great guy though.

Good for you..(= Yeah when I saw "famous' the only one I remembered was Cousteu at 1st. I was thrilled to get on Calypso, & when I saw him I was just speechless! He was my hero as a child. I am not celeb struck. Not Impressed with sports stars or singers so much.

oh yeah i forgot i've met Johnny and June Carter Cash.they bought a house here and were always in Wal-Mart.they were really nice people I have always heard Johnny Cash was very freindly & down to earth.
