Trying to set a date, time and place that will work for everyone is next to impossible.

I agree that someone just has to declare it, and then whoever shows up, shows up.

But I would suggest somewhere a little more...gender neutral, than Hooters. Clara's would be o.k., except I don't think they are open late on Friday or Saturday.

I'm trying to think of some places that won't be too packed on a Friday or Saturday night. Franks Press Box in Okemos would probably be better. It is 5 minutes from Lansing and right off I-96.

Frank's Press Box would probably be good since it is just off the highway. Plus it looks like there is a Marriot Inn right by it if someone drinks too much and doesn't want to drive home. It would also be good if someone travelled a great distance and wasn't going to drive home that evening.
