I have a big oil drum smoker that I bought used a while back. I've smoked turkey, ribs but I want to smoke brisket like they do down south. Anybody know how to do this? tips appreciated, comments welcomed

Yes rub it down with musturd and dryrub,smoke it to about 165 then foil it get it to about 195,wrap it in a towel put in a cooler for about an hour,and go to town.

what kind of mustard do you use?
