I have a question...why do men not want to date women that are seperated, when a divorce is inevitable? I need love too

I don't have a problem with it. I've even lived with seperated women, as long as I knew for sure there was no going back to the ex.

 Then get a divorce and the problem is solved

I don't see why that should be a problem, assuming that the marriage is truly over.

i dared a women who said she was goping to get her divorce come to find out she never did i ended getting hurt in the end mybe thats why its a risk..

i don't have a problem with it, either. unless that separation DOESN'T end up in a divorce, that is.

I'm seperated as well, but just received my divorce papers. After three years of seperation.....sad, but glad it's finally the beginning of the end.

why do we like to generalize? why don't we use the word "some" when we make this kind of questions? |

thats odd? as many woman would date men that are married or separated
i was with a guy for 2yrs and he was separated fron his wife for over 5yrs and they never talked. i even help him with his divorce papers, for he didnt know how to handle it.... as long as your separated and knowing that you wont get back together i dont see it as a big deal... what is the laws in NC |

But I don't date married people. Period. If I was interested, I'd wait. Simple. But married is married. |

Wait for the divorce!! Some folks may SAY there's a divorce on the way, but they need to take care of unfinished business before I'll even consider. And, it can just be a line they hand you. You also become their sounding board, then if there's a relationship with you, and they go back to the spouse, you both end up being cheaters.

The law in NC is waiting 1 year for a divorce. I never said all men...in general , I just said why do men..meaning the men that I have been in contact with so far - which isn't that many. Am I suppose to sit at home for a year?? without any opposite sex contact...even if it is just a buddy to hang out with.
