6. HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack,
without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly
and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left
before losing consciousness.
7. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing
repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken
before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged,
as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two
seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart
is felt to be beating normally again.
8. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing
movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating.
The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain
normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a
hospital.
9. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could
save their lives!!
10. A cardiologist says If everyone who gets this mail

Imagine your mum left your dad when you were
just 8 months old because he had no money. Your
dad remarried a lady because he needed someone
to take care of you. Unfortunately she couldn't
bear your dad a child, she dedicated her entire
time looking after you. Due to the financial state
of the house, your step mum sold all she had so
that she could sponsor your education. Luckily
you graduated as a medical doctor, own you your
hospital. One day an emergency occurred due to
an accident which involved your biological mother
and your step mother, your hospital was the
nearest and obviously a good one, so both were
brought in. You can only attend to one patient at
a time being the only doctor on duty. Who will
you give priority to? Your biological mum / or
your step mum? (The situation permits you to

Comedy of errors :

A man checked into a hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send a mail to his wife. he accidentally typed d wrong email address, and without realizing he sent the mail to a widow who has just returned from her husband's funeral. The widow decided to check her mail, expecting condolence messages from relatives and friends. After reading d first message she fainted. The son rushed into d room, found his mother on the floor and saw d computer screen which read:
'to my loving wife, i knw u are surprised to hear from me, they hv computers here and we are allowed to send mails to loved ones. I 've just been checked in. How are u and d kids, d place is realy nice but am lonely here. I hv made necessary arrangement 4 ur arrival 2morrow. Expecting u darling. I can't wait to see u.
