If I drink tea (green or otherwise), I'll be up all night going potty.
As far as sleep aids, I rarely even take any meds because most act opposite of how they should on me. Plus I hate medicine head the next day. 
Thanks though! 
I used to take Tylenol PM..back in the day..It used to help some..now, I just give in and whenever I feel tired enough I'll just go to sleep. It's weird I've grown accustom to the insomnia... I agree with the other poster alcohol does help too!...
