Hardest part is finding the right kind of bulgur wheat

One cup of dry bulgur wheat
In a big bowl
Pour boiling water over it just to cover
Let sit a minute
Pour off any excess water

Then fine chop fresh curly parsley until you have about two cups worth

Fine chop Fresh scallions, about one cup worth

Coarse chop two medium ripe tomatoes
Seed them first if you prefer

Mix all ingredients and LIBERALLY douse with lemon juice and olive oil

Salt to taste

In Israel where I learned to make this they also add a cup of chopped Fresh mint but I don’t add that

Let it refrigerate for a couple hours

This stuff is the food of the gods. It is the healthiest food stuff I know. You can actually live on this. It has all the nutrients humans need for a healthy life

1 ⅓ cups sugar
2 eggs
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
For the truffle topping:

½ cup heavy cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
flaky sea salt, I love Maldon
For garnish:

whipped cream, mint sprigs, optional

Anyway if women ruled the world I really think that there wouldn’t be any wars anymore. There’d be fewer guns and less violence. There would also be many more vineyards and wineries. The government subsidies which go to airlines and auto makers would be channeled towards tampon manufacturing and shoemakers. And I firmly maintain that they’d do something more to fight global warming but they’d still want to keep the windows closed at night.

I might be a little out of the ordinary on this (what am I saying- I’m a freak) but my attitude towards failure is far more accepting than others.

To me, failure is like an old friend. We’ve been living quietly together for forty years or so, and we’ve gotten to know each other quite well.

I don’t get depressed over my own failures anymore. When I get depressed it’s usually about what others are doing to animals or the environment.

But I’m curious if anyone else feels that way about failure.

The only problems are:
A. Many of the messages will probably be from fake profiles, and
B. The rest will come from beautiful enticing women who live about five hundred and forty miles away from you
