Well, if you have not emailed back and forth yet, then email and say Hi and start up a conversation, and take it slow....If you both have been emailing a while, then be careful but in a flirty way let this person know that you are liking them.

But there is always the in their face way and just tell him that you perv him at least 40 times a day, and you want to have his child and marry him in the next week, move in and start spennding lots of money. See how that works.

It is the internet, it is like Disneyland....You want to go on a ride, but the only way you can find out about the ride is to write email to Disneyland and try to find out everything about the ride.....After you have emailed over and over, and you feel you don't have enough information about the ride, you call Disneyland and you talk directly, you get all the information you can by the inflection of the voice at Disneyland and when you have put all that information together, you go to Disneyland and look at the ride, touch the ride, then either laugh at the ride and say it is to scary and run away, or decide that the ride is worth riding and you want to ride it a lot and after time has gone by, you find that you really love that ride.

When I do this to someone I'm texting or emailing, it usually means I'm not all that interested at the moment. That or I'm more distracted by someone else.
